They will gather and analyse data and customer information that influences change and improvements in service.

A Customer Service Specialist can improve customer relations, systems and processes, gather and act on customer feedback, process sales orders, negotiate and promote products and services and champion outstanding customers service in your organisation.

The Apprenticeship

After completing their 18 month apprenticeship with CERT and passing their End Point Assessment your apprentice will be awarded the Customer Service Specialist Standard and they will have 12 months experience working in your business.

This will equip your apprentice with the underpinning knowledge and practical experience that will enable them to champion outstanding customer service for your organisation.
